Sat down to make sure I could read, that I wasn't on drugs, and that I could communicate fairly effectively. It was easy and took about an hour since after the 10 minute interview they started training me.

They called me first and asked if I'm able to work overight and then schedule an interview.
They really need someone to work overnight and the manager only asked 2 very simple questions.
I answered a few basic questions and got offered the job almost immediately. I would say dress business casual for the job interview and ask a few questions back to the interviewer.
