Interview
I arrived an hour early and the assistant manager interviewed me. What I liked was the fact that everyone greeted and did not ignore me. Everyone was very friendly and had a personality. The staff were very friendly and I loved how it was diverse. I get skeptical if I see the same culture. The assistant manager was very nice and took my notes. I was shocked they hired me like that. It looks like all the staff get along too.

Interview
They called me first and asked if I'm able to work overight and then schedule an interview.
They really need someone to work overnight and the manager only asked 2 very simple questions.
I answered a few basic questions and got offered the job almost immediately. I would say dress business casual for the job interview and ask a few questions back to the interviewer.
