I wish I would have read the interviews on here before applying.
The interview process went well, I thought. I interviewed with a TA individual as well as a Senior CSM. The conversations seemed to be going well and I thought I would be a good fit for the role. However, I received a rejection email from them. I sent an email asking for feedback on why I was not chosen and I was completely ghosted by this "professional" organization. If you are asking candidates to take the time to interview with you, have the human decency to respond to their request for feedback. Especially in today's job market. Do better.

Interview
The phone screen was completed by a Senior CSM. We met through google meet. They asked 3 questions and answered a bunch from me which was super helpful. I was told that there would be 3 more interviews if selected to move forward.
