Very unprofessional, stay away! Initial interview with company recruiter was unpleasant. The guy had no character in his voice, very monotone like a Robot. He asked questions focusing mainly about my current employer (their competitor) about our technology and challenges we ran into with our system. Then a one question about what I do with my current position and that was it! He ghosted me and never heard from again even after I follow up with an email.
