The process was generlaly very straight-forward and positive: I applied online, heard back within a week or so, had 2 rounds of phone interviews and then an on-site with the manager, a team member and an engineering counterpart. The recruiters were very helpful during the negotiation process as well. The recruiters were a little slow to respond via email but if you called them, they responded right away.
