I applied online. I interviewed at Takeoff Technologies (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2020
Interview
It was a screen call with the recruiter, followed by a 45 minute google hangout with hiring manager, three 30 to 45 minute interviews with other members of the team. It was the standard process. I had a great experience. The recruiter kept me up to date with the process. I liked how diverse the group of people I interviewed with was - a lot of females which is a nice change of pace compared to all of my past positions. Everyone was very candid and open about the past, present, and future of the company. I definitely felt a lot of comradery with the current teams.
The questions were standard as well - a lot of behavioral questions and tell me a time. They left plenty of time for you to ask questions too.
