I got contacted to begin the interview process and schedule a phone call, but I could not even get on a call with them. They sent me an email minutes after our scheduled time to chat that they were "running a few minutes late because of a meeting.." I did not catch their call and they sent me a subsequent email that they left me a voicemail (they did not) and that I should feel free to call them back whenever but they have a hard stop in a little bit. I tried calling them back twice and both times they picked up but it was silent from their end. I sent an email regarding this and they responded saying that they could not “hear anything from my end, strange” and that they would resend his calendar so we can find time next week. They did not follow up with me and after this experience, I wouldn’t want to continue anyways as it was quite immature. I read someone else's post on here stating they were “Not sure if they actually care for who they hire” and I agree.
