It was super smooth. The recruiter and the hiring manager were very professional and thorough in their communication and follow up. Everyone was very forthcoming in answering my questions and making sure they got to know me personally. From what I could tell it was very illustrative of the healthy culture at Talbots. Both parties I spoke with represented their brand well.
