Screening call with recruiter. Screening call with hiring manager. The job was not a good match for me which I indicated to recruiter, however, was made feel bad for not taking the interview. At the interview it became clear that I was right and its not a match. Suggest to recruiting staff to listen to the candidates. Also, multiple calls from the recruiter at all times of the day are very distracting.
