I was contacted by an AI recruiter via text. The interview took place via AI. It was a very degrading experience. The AI could not answer my questions, rather answered "I'll look into that." It was a horrible candidate experience. It is insulting to put anyone through that process.
First, there was a GD round in which the topic that my group was given was "youth in politics". I cleared that round after which there was a personal interview in which I was asked if I would be okay with working in night shift and relocating, about my family background and being from a technical background why I was choosing this position. The interviewer was very friendly and the results are awaited. After this, there will be a personal interview with the VP of the company.
