I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Talkdesk in Apr 2017
Interview
The process started with an interview with HR to understand motivations and fit for technical skills. The following interviews were with top management and the people I would be working with.
The process was very clear since the beginning and the interviewers were amazing people. It turned to be more like a conversation about several management topics, personal development, scaling teams and products.
I learned from all the interviews and I could understand clearly how everyone is aligned and have a vision of the future of the company.
They seemed very well organized and with an impressive company culture, building a product but mostly building a strong and united team.
During the interviews I always had the feeling this was one the best companies i could work for.
At the end I didn't accept the offer (even though it was amazing) because I decided to make a career change.
Contacted by Human Resources of Talkdesk by phone. Scheduled a zoom call. A call of about 40cminutes. Though looks like HR likes the profile no further communication on the process for 3 months now.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Talkdesk in Feb 2021
Interview
A recruiter approached me on LinkedIn looking for an engineering manager. We booked a call, had pleasant chat, asked me for a salary range, told me she would get back to me, and here am I, 3 months later still waiting for her contact.
Everyone in Portugal knows that they are cheap. Their salary cap for EMs is clearly below 75k when competitive offers these days are >95k.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Talkdesk (New York, NY) in Jan 2020
Interview
Process was handled perfectly. The recruiter was dead on w/ all expectations set and was always keeping me informed. The interviews grew in formality yet remained comfortably informal. I genuinely enjoyed each conversation that I had. For my final interview, I was given access to other leaders to ask questions and use what was shared in formulation my business plan. It was a phenomenal interview experience.
