1. Initial phone interview. 2. Phone interview with Technical Support Manager. 3. Project involving installing Talkdesk software and giving a demo. 4. In person interview lasting 1 Hour and 45 minutes with 4 people. 5. Wonscore test From first being contacted to being offered the position it took about 1 month.
