First it started with a phone call, after matching the profile they were looking for, I had a code challenge to solve and to sent them. I did the code challenge and a few days later I was contacted to inform that I passed the challenge and they would like to invite to the office for another interview. They pointed 2 problems with the code and I corrected them saying they were not right. They understood it was a mistake from their side and continued with the interview. It was random engineering questions, no script prepared nor for a particular team, how would I design an API, versioning, release process, devops best practices, why some language is better than other, etc.. I correctly replied all their questions and had the confirmation the interview was good. Received an automatic email a few days later saying I was not accepted. When asked for a reason, no response was given. Review from Lisbon office: too full and noisy, also a bit dark (probably depends on the hours).
