I was referred by someone with a similar experience as I, and then sent over my CV. Had an initial interview with an HR consultant. The questions assessed company and culture fit, with no technical component. She then told me she'd get back to me by end of week. This didn't happen. I followed up a week later asking for any feedback, and she didn't reply. A number of months later I received an email prompting me to give feedback on the recruitment process, in which I shared my less-than-positive experience. Only then did I get a rejection email.
