Talkdesk Technical Support Engineer interview questions

I applied for the Tech Support VOIP position at TalkDesk online. There is a Tech Challenge You need to submit before you get a call. You need to write a letter to a client telling them you don't provide russian numbers. There's also a Troubleshooting Thought process Question. They call you if they liked it. Definitely the worst interview of my life. It was an HR round. Although the process was quick and I got the rejection email within the next two days, I wouldn't apply again. The interviewer was rude. Firstly the person was in a very noisy environment and I could barely hear anything. Secondly they did not seem interested in what I was saying and simply came to conclusions before I could finish. I understand TalkDesk has busy days but if you promise a candidate half hour and squeeze all questions in flat 10 mins and get done with it, it really doesn't play well.
