Phone screen with HR, series of phone calls with different managers & team members, in-person interview with same group of people. There was a lot of repetition and overlap on the questions. Be prepared with questions of your own. People seemed nice. Some just asked questions about myself - these seemed to be more to decide if I'd be a cultural fit. They were very interested in my experience within financial services.
