I applied online. The phone interview was with HR. She asked several behavioural questions. Then, in-person interview was interviewed by two top managers. I arrived on time but waited about half an hour in the meeting room. The first manager asked my background and some common questions. After the first manager left, I waited again about half an hour in the meeting room. The second manager asked some common questions. The whole in-person interview was somewhat inefficient. It spent too much time on waiting for interviewers.
