Interview
I emailed my application online and about a month later, HR contacted me for a phone screening, which lasted about 30 minutes. This call was the basic interview with questions about my background and skills and my understanding of the coordinator position. A few days after the interview, the HR representative emailed back and notified me that the position was on hold while they were filling Operations Associate positions. Then three weeks later, I received an email and was asked to interview with a panel of employees. I expected to have two separate interviews, back-to-back, but instead, I had one interview with three managers.
