      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tampa Bay Rays (Nashville, TN) in Dec 2015

      Interview

Began with a questionnaire sent through e-mail that covered scouting and analytical questions, as well as pitch identification video and a question on computer programming. The questionnaire was followed by an in-person interview at the Winter Meetings. Was given one day to complete the questionnaire. Relaxed and easy going in-person interview.
