I applied on company website and within a few days the recruiter reached out to schedule a call. During the call, everything seemed to go well. The recruiter said they would be moving me on to the next round and would follow-up to schedule the next step of the process. I reached out to the recruiter several times after the first call and had no response. Nice to see another company that can't treat people with simple human decency and just respond with a simple answer as to whether you were still being considered, if things were put on hold, etc. It really isn't hard to respond to an email. This type of ghosting needs to stop. People get their hopes up, have been laid off once or more and you cannot simply put 10 words together in an email? Awful.
