Interview process was nothing like I expected. When I got the initial phone call from HR they had no interest in screening me first but rather just setting up the in person interview, which was fine. The in person interview took about three hours and consisted of three different individuals who each had their own hour. For the majority of the time, each interviewer talked about the position (and what it all entailed) and the remaining time consisted of asking questions of where I live and what I do outside of work. There were no behavioral questions or anything like that. I thought the interview went great and that I would be a prefect fit for the position and they made the impression that I would be too. After the interview, I was told that the team would have an answer by the following weeks end. I never heard anything so I decided to reach out and still got the same answer -- the team would have an answer by the weeks end. This sort of behavior went on for a good month or so and it got to a point where I decided to cut my losses and move on.
