Interview
Very simple video recorded interview. With a good interactive section not long took about 30 minutes however I didn’t hear back from about 2 months. I would recommend it as a good first job or in between job.

Quick 30 minute interview process, not too lengthy, pretty simple and was not as stressful as other interviews. Easy to answer the questions in the friendly environment. So it was like a basic conversation
My interview was smooth, and the questions were as expected. HR was comprehensive and very organized. It was a good experience overall. Target was a great starter job and provided good benefits.

Simple online pre-recorded interview that wasn't difficult or time consuming, only like three questions and you could record the answers as many times as needed. Very easy and quick to complete, though a little strange if you're used to in-persons interviews for other jobs
