Fairly straightforward. The person asking the questions made it pretty easy to think and process what was needed for the job. It is difficult to answer some of the questions that were posed. I would prefer an interview that was more strategic in nature. They should be asking and looking into how much we want to grow as a sales leader at Target?
Overall, positive experience.
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.
This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
