Interview
You meet with a Team Lead for your department for your interview, and then you'll go for another interview with an LOD (Leader on Duty) or ASL (Assistant Store Leader), and if that goes well you meet with the Store Manager (if they're there that day otherwise it'll be a member of HR) and sign some papers. You will have to take a drug test the same day of the interview and then they run a background check. If all comes back good, they give you a call and set you up for orientation.

They ask you how you'll handle certain situations relating to guest service and times when the store gets hectic.
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.
This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
