Interview
For the most part, the interview process is you speaking to two different managers. They both will ask you to describe different situations in which you had to overcome an obstacle. Whether it being when you didn't know how to complete a task to having to work with someone you didn't necessarily get along with. If you don't get hired on the spot, you more than likely did not receive the position.
