Got a phone interview scheduled. Did well with that, was scheduled an in-person interview. At this interview, one of the Executive Team Leads (ETL; AKA one of the big bosses) interviewed me, which at the time I had no idea what this meant, so I didn't feel so intimidated. Was offered the position on the spot. I just had to pass a drug test, and then was told when my orientation was.

You are ringing up a guest and an item rings up as $17, however the guest claims that they saw it on the shelf as $15. How would you respond?
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.
This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
