2 interviews in the same day and I was hired on the spot. The second interview was brief as they already had an offer prepared for me. The second interview spent most of the time asking questions about preparedness. She followed up by going over the offer page by page.

STAR questions just like any other interview. The interviewers both asked similar type of questions.
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.
It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.

How to handle certain situations that would happen in the real world revolving around a customer.
This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!
