I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Target (La Crosse, WI) in Jun 2015
Interview
Applied online and was called within a week. They left a message saying to call back and speak to a specific person for a preliminary interview. The first interview was very informal, they asked basic get-to-know-you questions and some situational questions. I was then asked when I could come in for a second interview in person. I went in and spoke to the HR manager of the specific store. They questions were mostly all situational. They made you feel relaxed and confident, nothing to stress out over.

The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.
It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
