Interview
The first interview was conducted by a team lead if you pass the online/in-house questionnaire. The questions asked are from a form they use and is basically behavioral questions. Most relate to how you would react in situations. Once the first interview is over, if they like the applicant a second interview is conducted by someone else and similar questions are asked.

Please give an example of a group project you worked on and how you contributed.
It was two interviews. The first one was a recorded interview for 15 minutes and the second interview was in person. The questions were very similar. It is common questions that they would ask for being in retail.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
