Asked really basic questions dealing with scenarios and what would you do. You really have to do well in the first interview to get to the 2nd interview with the head of HR, which happens right after the first one if you do well.

What do you do if a customer comes to you in a terrible mood and screaming at you to fix a problem?
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.
It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.

How to handle certain situations that would happen in the real world revolving around a customer.
This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!
