applied at 4:00am, got a phone call at 8:00am same day. Went in for an interview at 12:00pm Got hired by 1:00pm, drug tested at 2:00pm Started working 2 months later (brand new target store, was still under construction) (traing took 2 weeks)(paid training) after 3 days of training you get pretty board, because you do the same thing for the next week and a half.

Standard process, STAR method is good to use in interviews like this. Wear nice clothing not too dressed up not too formal and be friendly. Positive environment not super high pressure

After submitting myapplication through the Target Careers portal, i completed a brief, automated assessment of mywork availability and job-related skills. i then received an email invitation to complete a recorded video interview, where i was asked 5–8 pre-recorded questions. For each prompt, i received 2 minutes of preparation time and up to 3 minutes to record my answer.
