Interview
Applied online and got a call a few hours later for a phone interview. It was simple she asked about my work history, what position I would like and what starting pay I would like. I got scheduled for a interview the next morning with the executive hr lead if you pass that person you go on to the executive lead for the department chosen for you and lastly the store manager. All 3 interviews were only 4 situational questions ( tell me about a time) its really easy if you have experience in customer service. Got the offer on the spot and was asked to attend orientation a few days later.
