Interview
Had three back to back interviews, they were all really short, about 5 minutes each. They mostly asked behavioral questions. Target is mostly looking for people who are fast, fun, and friendly.

How would you handle a situation where a guest becomes upset
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
Standard process, STAR method is good to use in interviews like this. Wear nice clothing not too dressed up not too formal and be friendly. Positive environment not super high pressure
