It was a 3 step interview process. First, the general interview which was basically a get to know you. Next a video interview with some more in depth questions. Finally, an interview on site with the upper level employees.

Asked about previous management experience. Had to have experience in previous roles. I had 2 interviews. You needed to provide references. You needed high school diploma and some college was beneficial.

Questions that had nothing to with with the job you just have to wing it. A lot of scenarios type questions obstacles you’ve faced. Like I said you honestly do better just making up stories as you go.
