Interview
We sat down in a store while the target was being built at the time, it was a good interview with good questions, also very quick, and the interviewers I spoke with were very nice and had great attitudes.
They have you take a online test which tests how you would react to certain scenarios. Afterwards, you get an invitation to a recorded interview where you post video responses to pre-selected questions. It isn’t until you pass that stage where you finally get to speak to a human where the manager of the store asks for an interview.

It was automated and I had to record some questions to respond to. They also had a practice portion for getting used to this before having to answer the questions for each step
