I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Target (Gaithersburg, MD) in Apr 2015
Interview
I interviewed with two separate managers. One was the manager of the department I was applying for. Another was the manager of a completely different department. I believe you just interview with whoever is available.
Both interviews went relatively the same for me. Shortly after I was given my conditional job offer.

Question 1
Name one situation where you were tasked with being a leader.
Simple interview. Asked questions about conflicts, stealing, being on time, and a few others. All testing basic competency and morals/ethics. I wouldn't stress it too much. It should be fairly straight forward and easy. Benefits is also nice, you get an employee discount

Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
