2 interviews. Starts off as a simple application. First interview is with a team lead then the second interview is done by an ETL.
The first team lead interview asks the most typical "Tell me about a time" questions.
"Tell me about a time where you disagreed with a store policy and how did you over come this."
"Why do you feel you are the best person for this job"
"What qualifications do you bring"
The ETL questions may have changed since 2010 but they were pretty much the same kind of questions as the TL.
"Say you are given a task to finish before the end of your shift. It's time to go home but your task is incomplete, what do you do"

Interview
The interview process was easy; they asked basic behavioral questions. I had written down and practiced many of these questions so I didn’t find it challenging. I also made sure I had questions for the interviewer.
