Interview
At this location (Express in Long Beach) they made me wait a long time. I went in thinking it would be a 20 minute interview and ended up waiting for over 2 hours! They were trying to hire someone that day, I guess, so I was interviewed and told to wait until they interviewed another person and made a final decision. It was annoying but I eventually got hired. They were all super nice, offered me anything in the break room, and kept checking up on me to make sure I was ok. Good HR people and I got to meet every manager that day.

Easygoing and down to earth. I found the interviewer to be professional and no nonsense. He wanted to know about previous job experience and what experience could be related to Target job description.

I applied online and when I called to follow up on my application, they did a brief phone screening about my available and the position I wanted, and then scheduled me for an interview. I interviewed with the lead Softlines team member, and she asked me about availability and then 4 different 'tell me about a time you _______" questions. The interview only lasted about 10-15 minutes, and I was told I would receive a call the following week, but I never did.
