Initial screening usually focuses on availability. Must be available 2 of the 3 weekend days (Friday - Sunday). If pass that screening, complete an online one way recording answering 5 questions. You are allowed to rerecord your answers up to 3 times. If you pass that step, some ETLs or TL will call and do phone interview others will invite you in for in person.
