I applied online. I had to complete a work survey. (Highly agree/Highly disagree). I got called in to interview two weeks later.
Two part interview. One with the Store Lead and second with the executive store lead. General questions for the first. And a lot of scenario based questions in the second.

Pretty simple and straight forward interview. Basic generic questions spanning from phone interviews to two in store interviews as. Though for me personally there was a mix up that left waiting for the HR rep for quite a while.

Interview
It was an in-person interview, the interviewer was very friendly. We went through the basic interview questions and i had to talk about myself, like my personal experience. Also, make sure you ask questions at the end.
