Five interviews as stated by everyone else in these posts. Long process but hopefully it will be worth it. Everyone that has interviewed me so far has been really nice and easy to talk to. Every time I have had an meeting I always have left feeling good about the interviewers and the company in general. I know its a tedious process but at least I know they take their employees seriously. Again, its all based on the "Tell me about a time when........." questions. Some of the ones I was given have been:
-Tell me about a time when you have messed up
-Tell me about a time when you had to train a superior

Got the interview from a career fair. Met with one person who handled hiring and had a great conversation and had one other phone interview. Asked me relevant questions and I was excited about the role

It was a two step interview process. Personable and you are able to interview with not only your direct managers but theirs as well. Provides transparency into your new team. My interview was virtual because I was moving to the area, but I'm sure they do in person for local folks.
