Interview
After they had an on-campus visit to my school, I was interviewed in person for the internship. The interview was the first and final interview. It went pretty smoothly; the interviewer was really friendly and he asked only behavioral questions. However, even though I thought that I did well, I did not get an offer.
Note: If the interviewer comes in for a meet & greet at your university, I would recommend going to it and talking to him/her beforehand so you can give a good first impression before your interview.

It consisted of a phone screen with HR followed by 30-minute virtual interviews with three others. Overall, the process was pretty smooth. I was surprised there was no in-person portion.
