The interview process was very simple and quick. I applied for the guest advocate (cashier) position but said I was open to other positions on my online application. I got an offer to interview the same day I submitted my online application.
I was interviewed by the Specialized Sales Leader, who would be my manager. He was very nice and asked very general and direct questions. Was offered the job right there.
Applied online and completed an online video interview where you recorded yourself answering questions. You had three retakes before you had to submit the final version. After I got a call with minimal questions and offered the job.
