Interview
Although I applied for a particular position, rather than being told that the position was no longer available, I was considered for other positions I hadn't I applied for. The application is also rather interesting for target, as the application isn't really focused on one particular job position, there's other positions that are featured for you to mark as something you'd be willing to do or not do. I think it also helps determine whether you'd be willing to ultimately do a job you weren't even applying for. I hope that target changes the format of it's application, because it seems rather strange.

Question 1
The questions were rather average and expected. A question you also might be asked is "Are you interested in other positions here at Target?" This is fine if you've already applied for other positions on their application, but it isn't so great if you've only applied for one and would only like to be considered for that particular job.
It was two interviews. The first one was a recorded interview for 15 minutes and the second interview was in person. The questions were very similar. It is common questions that they would ask for being in retail.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
