I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Target
Interview
The process seems simple enough, especially after the first interview fails to be too daunting. However, 6 interviews later, after they've cycled every layer of management through, from high and mighty campus recruiter to pompous and exhausted regional managers, you will feel like you would be more productive sending a sheet of your life to every member of Target's employee base. You have to repeat what you've said in previous interviews at least 3 times and remember that your vocabulary should center around "I" statements, even as you're going for team leading positions. Also, remember to stay calm and ask them questions about REAL job previews as they typically tell you that you'll not be on the floor 24/7, which is false.

It was a two step interview process. Personable and you are able to interview with not only your direct managers but theirs as well. Provides transparency into your new team. My interview was virtual because I was moving to the area, but I'm sure they do in person for local folks.
