I had 2 bad experiences in different stores. The first one I applied online and it took about 2 days to reply. I was scheduled for an in-person interview. I arrived early the interview questions were pretty easy I was asked about my availability. I did not hear back from them for about a week and then was emailed that I didn't get the job.
The second time I applied online and it took about 2 weeks for a reply e-mail. i had a video interview scheduled an completed the interview on time and it took another 2.5 weeks to e-mail me that i didn't get the job. I called after a week and was told the manager was busy and to leave a phone number (which they never used).

Tell me about a time when you went above and beyond for a customer
They have you take a online test which tests how you would react to certain scenarios. Afterwards, you get an invitation to a recorded interview where you post video responses to pre-selected questions. It isn’t until you pass that stage where you finally get to speak to a human where the manager of the store asks for an interview.

It was automated and I had to record some questions to respond to. They also had a practice portion for getting used to this before having to answer the questions for each step
