I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target in Oct 2014
Interview
First of all before they officially interviewed me thy asked me have I saw "The video" I said "no". From then on they proceeded to leave me in a room to watch a video of the position I was applying for. No test, No quiz, just a simple video of the position I was applying for. After the video was finished they brought me back out to start the Interview. I was only asked three questions and they were all team based questions. I have little background knowledge of working with other people because I mostly do my work solo and Ultimatly bombed the interview.

Question 1
"describe a time when you have worked together with a team to achieve a common goal"
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
