I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target
Interview
I asked if they were hiring and what positions were available. I mentioned that I used to work for Walmart. They directed me to the in-store computers. There, I applied and, within a week, got a call to schedule an interview. I heard it was two meetings. I got it after the interview. The second interview was signing a bunch of paper work before the a group of new employees were to come in and watch those cheesy videos.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Target (Mansfield, TX) in Aug 2025
Interview
It was an online interview, and I didn't meet anyone face-to-face. So, it was a little awkward to act like myself when I was just looking at a screen rather than actually speaking to a person.

Question 1
"Tell me about a time you worked as part of a team to complete a goal."
They give you questions virtually, then time to prepare a response. You don't actually have an interview with a person, your answers to the questions are recorded. A manager will then review your answers and then proceed from there.

You notice a guest needs help on the sales floor, but you're in the middle of a task. What do you do?
I applied for the position online, and was called for an interview a few days later. I had interview with a team lead and then an exec team lead. Very straightforward and simple experience overall.
