Set up through online application. Went to initial interview and was interviewed by two target District Leaders. Made it to the next round which was a phone interview with a district leader. Before the phone interview I was asked to give my three locations of where I would like to work if given the job.

Pretty informal process. I applied in store and had an interview. I was called within a day and asked if I would like to interview for a team leader position. I completed the interview with an ETL and was notified that they were offering my a position.
Got an email from a screener to connect
The process was about 30 minutes long. Then a recruiter called me for a phone interview, which was also 30 minutes.she then emailed m an application to fill out.
