I waited for a while in the break room before the interview began, and I had several team members walk around me without saying a word to me. Then the interviewer seemed uninterested or distracted. After the first interview, I had a second interview with an ETL, and she made me feel like I was a good candidate, but she didn't like my lack of experience leading a large team.

Interview
Pretty informal process. I applied in store and had an interview. I was called within a day and asked if I would like to interview for a team leader position. I completed the interview with an ETL and was notified that they were offering my a position.
Got an email from a screener to connect
The process was about 30 minutes long. Then a recruiter called me for a phone interview, which was also 30 minutes.she then emailed m an application to fill out.
